Dr. Pra's MCat Tutoring CourseDr. Pra's MCat Tutoring course is for those seeking to achieve all levels of English Language Proficiency. The program includes training, individualized coaching and professional development for individuals who have at least a high school diploma, a high school equivalent or the equivalent of that education.MCat Tutoring courses are also available to those who want to earn a Bachelor's degree in English language. Those who complete their formal education but have not yet achieved high school or who have not yet reached the same level as their academic peers will be highly encouraged to enroll in the program. The only stipulation is that they must continue their studies in order to maintain their full credits earned for enrollment.Dr. Pra is a native English speaker who speaks with an American accent. He has been a teacher since 1967 and has been teaching English to immigrants since 1981. He is also a published author and makes a living as a public speake r on a monthly basis.Dr. Pra makes sure that all students have a personal mentor whom they can turn to during their English Language Courses. Dr. Pra works closely with his students on a one-on-one basis to ensure that they receive the best guidance possible. He meets with them on a regular basis in order to make sure that they understand what he is trying to convey to them. Through this, he is able to provide valuable feedback on their writing.Dr. Pra uses the method of immersion to teach his students. During each class, he is able to explain the importance of taking tests and taking notes accurately. He uses material from what he has previously learned in other classes, such as Biology, Psychology, Spanish and Economics.Each student is assigned a mentor in order to make the most of the course. The course is designed so that one class will only take an hour and forty minutes of class time. This means that there is plenty of time to meet with a mentor and discuss one-on-one. The men tors are usually retired teachers who have been certified in the subject of their choice.Tutoring is available in both a face-to-face classroom session and a web-based program. Students are given all of the resources to take the course in their own homes.
